Note: Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense. The publication cost of The ATA Chronicle magazine for 12 months ($43) is included in membership dues.


Chapter Rebate: (Optional)
