Breakfast with the Board Thursday-Saturday 7:30-8:30am

Members of the ATA Board of Directors will be available for informal discussions at specially reserved tables during the scheduled breakfast throughout the conference. Take this opportunity to introduce yourself, ask questions, or convey your ideas.

Presentation of Candidates & Election Thursday 9:30-10:45am

Hear the candidates voice their opinions and then let them hear yours by exercising your right to vote for the Board members of your association. You must be an Active or Corresponding member of ATA to vote.

Chat with the Board—WE ARE LISTENING Thursday 11-11:45am

Share your views on issues concerning ATA. The entire ATA Board of Directors will be on hand for this open discussion.

Annual Meeting of the All Members Friday 8:30-10am

Find out what your association has accomplished and the goals that are being set for the future. Members of the audience are given an opportunity to ask questions and make comments to Board members and committee chairs.

Board Meeting Saturday 1:45-5pm and Sunday 8:30-11am

All meetings of the ATA Board of Directors are open to the public. ATA Board meetings follow a set agenda. Copies of the agenda are available to those plannning to attend. All conference attendees are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings. Comments from attendees are invited at the end of each day's meeting.
