Sponsor Checklist
In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your sponsorship a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1
Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 25
You may receive complimentary full-conference registrations, depending on your level of sponsorship. To assign these complimentary registrations, complete the Sponsor Registration form.
Step #2
Review Company Profile: Deadline October 5
Review your company name, website, and profile posted on the ATA Conference Website. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Teresa Kelly at teresak@atanet.org.
Step #3
Deliver Your Tote Inserts: Deadline October 23
You may provide an item to be inserted into each totebag, given to every conference attendee. We expect 2,200 attendees, so it is recommended to provide 2,300 inserts.
Inserts must be delivered to the Marriott Marquis by 4:00 pm, Friday, October 23. You must use the Shipping Label provided and make sure to provide the following information so that ATA may successfully locate your inserts: 1) description of inserts, 2) number of boxes sent, 3) carrier used, and 4) the tracking number. Please send this information by email to Teresa Kelly at teresak@atanet.org.
Step #4
Deliver Your Company Banner: Deadline October 23
Depending on your level of sponsorship, ATA may arrange for your company banner (not to exceed 50 sq ft) to be displayed in a prominent location. Your banner must be delivered to the Marriott Marquis by 4:00 pm, Friday, October 23. You must use the Shipping Label provided and make sure to provide the following information so that ATA may successfully locate your banner: 1) carrier used and 2) the tracking number.
