Hear the candidates voice their opinions and then let them hear yours by exercising your right to vote for the Board members of your association. You must be an Active or Corresponding member of ATA to vote.

Annual Meeting of Division Administrators
 Thursday, 11:30am-12:30pm, By Invitation Only
The Annual Meeting of Division Administrators is held each year during the Annual Conference and all division officers (administrators and assistant administrators) are invited. During this time we will review current challenges, distribute useful information, and brainstorm on matters to be taken up during the coming year. Candidates in this year’s division elections are also encouraged to attend the meeting.

Find out what your association has accomplished and the goals that are being set for the future. Members of the audience are given an opportunity to ask questions and make comments to Board members and committee chairs.

"Boot Camp" for Newly Elected Division Administrators
Saturday, 8:30am-9:30am, By Invitation Only
This session will give newly elected division administrators a chance to discuss their future responsibilities. Topics will include: through the year as an administrator—what happens, when, and how; finding your contact in the organization; recruiting and working with volunteers; coordinating the newsletter; delegating tasks in the division; mediating conflicts; communication basics; communicating with the other divisions; and what to do when problems arise.

Grader Recruitment
Saturday, 4:00pm-5:00pm, Open to ATA-certified Members
The ATA Certification Program is always looking to refresh its grading pool. If you are ATA-certified and have the time to devote to furthering the goals of the program, you might be a good candidate to join one of our grader workgroups. Come learn more about the responsibilities and benefits of being a part of this group of professionals.
