Exhibitor Checklist
In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your exhibit a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1
Review Freeman's Exhibitor Services: Discount Deadline October 12
For shipping arrangements, furniture rental, ordering audiovisual equipment, electricity, Internet, and more, Freeman has provided all necessary information, as well as several forms that you must complete.
Please note: You CANNOT ship your exhibit materials to the hotel or to ATA. You MUST ship all materials to Freeman.
Step #2
Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 23
Each exhibitor receives two complimentary full-conference registrations per booth. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.
Step #3
Review Company Profile: Deadline October 1
Review your company name, website, and profile posted on the ATA Conference Website. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Caron Mason at caron@atanet.org.
Step #4
Increase Your Visibility
While ATA commits to increase traffic in the Exhibit Hall by promoting all Exhibitors and offering services within the hall, you can take advantage of opportunities to directly invite attendees to visit your booth.
