Sponsor Checklist
In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your sponsorship a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1
Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 23
You may receive complimentary full-conference registrations, depending on your level of sponsorship. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.
Step #2
Review Company Profile: Deadline October 1
Review your company name, website, and profile posted on the ATA Conference Website. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Caron Mason at caron@atanet.org.
Step #3
Deliver Your Tote Inserts: Deadline October 21
You may provide an item to be inserted into each totebag, given to every conference attendee. We expect 1,800 attendees, so it is recommended to provide 1,800 inserts.
Inserts must be delivered to the Marriott Copley Place by 3:00pm, Friday, October 21. You must use the Shipping Label provided and make sure to provide the following information so that ATA may successfully locate your inserts: 1) description of inserts, 2) number of boxes sent, 3) carrier used, and 4) the tracking number. Please send this information by email to Caron Mason at caron@atanet.org.
