In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your sponsorship a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1 Prepare Listing for Preliminary Program (Deadline June 1)
or Final Program (Deadline September 13):
Depending on your level of sponsorship, you may have your company profile and logo included in the Preliminary and Final Programs, as well as the Conference Website.
Review your company name, website, and profile by clicking here. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Caron Mason at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submit your company logos in the following formats to Caron Mason at email@example.com:
Size: 2 x 2 inches
Resolution: 300 dpi
Color mode: CMYK
File type: AI or EPS
Size: 200 x 200 pixels
Resolution: 72 ppi
Color mode: RBG
File type: JPG
Step #2 Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline Oct 1 You may receive complimentary full-conference registrations, depending on your level of sponsorship. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.
Step #3 Deliver Tote Inserts: Deadline November 1 Depending on your level of sponsorship, you may provide an item to be inserted into each totebag, given to every conference attendee. We expect 1,500 attendees, so it is recommended to provide 1,500 inserts.
Inserts must be delivered to the Marriott Rivercenter by 3:00pm, Friday, November 1. You must use the Shipping Label provided.
Please provide the following information by email to Caron Mason at firstname.lastname@example.org so that ATA may successfully locate your inserts:
1) Description of inserts (flier, brochure, pen, etc.)
2) Number of boxes sent
3) Carrier used (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
4) Tracking number
