EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST
-In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your exhibit a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!


Step #1
-Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline October 1
-Each exhibitor receives one complimentary full-conference registration per booth. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign this complimentary registration.


Step #2
-Exhibitor Services: Place Your Order by October 23!
-For shipping arrangements, furniture rental, ordering audiovisual equipment, electricity, Internet, and more, use the EXHIBITOR ONLINE ORDERING system. Blaine Convention Services has provided all necessary information, as well as several forms that you must complete. The advance order deadline is October 23.
-Please note: You CANNOT ship your exhibit materials to the hotel or to ATA. You MUST ship all materials to Blaine by October 30.


Step #3
-Review Company Profile: Deadline October 1
-Review your company name, website, and profile by CLICKING HERE. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Caron Mason at caron@atanet.org.
