EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST
-In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your exhibit a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!


Step #1
-Review Company Profile: Deadline September 1
-Review your company name, website, and profile by CLICKING HERE. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Lauren Mendell at lauren@atanet.org.


Step #2
-Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 25
-Each exhibitor receives one complimentary full-conference registration per booth. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign this complimentary registration.


Step #3
-Exhibitor Services: Place Your Order by October 21!
-For shipping arrangements, furniture rental, ordering audiovisual equipment, electricity, Internet, and more, use the ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM provided by Brede Exposition Services. Brede has provided all necessary information, as well as several forms that you must complete.

Please note: You CANNOT ship your exhibit materials to ATA or c/o ATA. You MUST ship all materials either to Brede's warehouse by October 28 or to the hotel c/o Brede beginning November 4. Items shipped to the hotel prior to November 4 may be refused.

TOOL VENDORS
