SPONSOR CHECKLIST

In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your sponsorship a success. Just follow these steps, and you’ll be all set!

Step #1

Prepare Your Listing for Final Program: Deadline September 1

Depending on your level of sponsorship, you may have your company profile and logo included in the Preliminary and Final Programs, as well as the Conference Website and Conference App.

1) Review your company name, website, and profile by Clicking Here. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Lauren Mendell at lauren@atanet.org.

2) Submit your company logos in the following formats to Lauren Mendell at lauren@atanet.org:

For Print For Web
Size: 2 x 2 inches
Resolution: 300 dpi
Color mode: CMYK
File type: AI or EPS
Size: 200 x 200 pixels
Resolution: 72 ppi
Color mode: RBG
File type: JPG

 

Step #2

Assign Your Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 23

Depending on your level of sponsorship, you may receive complimentary full-conference registrations. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.

Step #3

Provide Your Email Text: Deadline October 1

Depending on your level of sponsorship, you may provide a customized message that ATA will email to 1,800 conference attendees on your behalf. Please send your message by email to Lauren Mendell at lauren@atanet.org along with the following information:

1) Subject line of email
2) Text message, 200-word limit
3) Name and email for attendees to contact

Step #4

Provide Your Banner Ad: Deadline November 1

Depending on your level of sponsorship, you may provide a banner ad that ATA will display prominently on every page of the website, promoted to 10,000 members. The banner ad must be 468 x 60 pixels in JPG format. Please send your banner ad, along with the URL it must link to, to Lauren Mendell at lauren@atanet.org.

Attention Tool Vendors

If you are a translation tool vendor who is also an exhibitor, you could be invited to provide a support station. Contact Teresa Kelly to learn more.
