Cancellation Policy: Requests received in writing by October 4, 2019 are eligible for a refund, subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds will not be honored after October 4, even in the case of program changes or cancellations.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Registering for this conference constitutes an acceptance of ATA’s Attendance Policy.

Badges
For safety and security reasons, an attendee conference badge is required for admittance to all ATA Conference Sessions and Events, including the Exhibit Hall, Breakfasts, the Welcome Celebration, and AST Day.

3-Day Registration
You may pick up your badge during any registration hours. You may attend all ATA Conference Sessions and Events, unless otherwise indicated.

Saturday Only Registration
You may not pick up your badge until Saturday, October 26 at 7:30am. You can only attend ATA Conference Sessions and Events scheduled on Saturday, October 26, unless otherwise indicated.

Welcome Celebration Guest Pass
If you have purchased a 3-Day Registration and you wish to have a guest join you at the Welcome Celebration, you may purchase a Welcome Celebration Guest Pass. This pass allows admittance to the Welcome Celebration on Wednesday, October 23 only.

Security
All Participants are responsible for safeguarding their valuable items at all times.

Conduct
All Participants are expected to conduct themselves on a professional level. ATA reserves the right to request anyone disrupting any part of the conference to leave the facility.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registering for this conference constitutes an agreement to ATA’s use and distribution of image or voice of attendee in photographs and video/audio recordings.

Photography and Recording Policy
Photography or video/audio recordings (without the express permission of the speaker) are strictly prohibited during all sessions and will result in expulsion from the conference without refund.
