Hotel Information:
The Hyatt Regency Hilton Head, an ocean-front hotel, is the Island's premier facility.

Conference attendees can register at the discounted rate of $140 single or double per night. (This rate is good until all the rooms in our block are reserved or October 12 whichever comes first.) To make your accommodations, call the Hyatt Regency at 1-843-785-1234. Be sure to specify that you are attending the ATA Annual Conference.

For a full refund, guaranteed reservations must be cancelled seven days prior to arrival to ensure advance deposit refund.

The Hyatt Regency is an ADA-compliant property.

Job Exchange:
The Job Exchange is one of the most popular features of ATA's Annual Conference. The Exchange offers freelance and independent contractors an excellent opportunity to network and market their services while agency owners and employers peruse resumes and meet prospective contractors and employees.

Child Care:
Child care services can be arranged at the Concierge desk at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel offers "Camp Hyatt" for children ages 3 to 12.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed in any meeting rooms or reception areas.

Airports:
Hilton Head Airport is approximately 8 minutes from the hotel. Savannah International Airport is located approximately 40 minutes from Hilton Head Island.

Ground Transportation:
Low Country Adventures provides shuttle service from the Savannah Airport to Hilton Head Island. Their counter is located on the lower level of the airport. Vans depart regularly with a round-trip fare of $42 and a one-way fare of $24. Reservations can be arranged in advance by phoning 843-681-8212 or 800-845-5582.

Taxis are readily available at the Savannah Airport at a fare of $55 one-way and at the Hilton Head airport at $12 one-way.
