Hotel Information:
The Regal Riverfront Hotel, the host hotel, is located in the shadows of the Gateway Arch on the banks of the mighty Mississippi. The Regal Riverfront Hotel is just 30 minutes from the airport. Conference attendees can register at the discounted rate of $118 single or double, $140 triple, or $163 quad per night. (This rate is good until all the rooms in our block are reserved or October 12, whichever comes first.) To make your hotel reservations, contact the Regal Riverfront Hotel at (314)241-9500. Be sure to specify that you are attending the ATA Annual Conference.

Job Exchange:
The Job Exchange is one of the most popular features of ATA's Annual Conference. The Exchange offers freelance and independent contractors an excellent opportunity to network and market their services while agency owners and employers peruse resumes and meet prospective contractors and employees.

Child Care:
Child care services can be arranged at the Concierge desk at the Regal Riverfront.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed in any meeting rooms or reception areas.

Airports:
St. Louis Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel.

Ground Transportation:
Once you have claimed your baggage, you have several choices for transportation to the hotel. The least expensive is the Metrolink, which will take you in for $3. You can also take a shared van with Airport Express Limousine for $10 one-way, or a taxi for $23 to $27.

Special Travel Discounts:
