Advance registration must be completed by September 13, 2000. After this date, you must register onsite. All rates are on a per person basis. Tickets may be picked up at the tour desk located in the ATA registration area located in the Great Hall foyer. Onsite tickets will be sold on a space available basis only. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time of the tour. All buses for tours will depart from the Convention Level of the Wyndham Palace Resort. Cancellation Policy. A full refund less a $3.00 handling fee will be issued for written cancellations received by September 13, 2000. No refunds will be made after September 13, 2000. All tours require a minimum of 30 participants. Complete Meeting Concepts reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the required number of participants by September 13, 2000. In this event, refunds may be picked up onsite at the tour desk. Neither Complete Meeting Concepts, Inc. nor American Translators Association is responsible for lost or damaged articles, traffic delays, accidents, strikes, riots, war, government action or regulation, acts of God, or other causes over which the parties have no control.
