Advance registration must be completed by Monday, October 1, 2001. After this date, you must register onsite. All rates are on a per person basis. Tickets may be picked up at the tour desk located in the ATA registration area. Onsite tickets will be sold on a space available basis only. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time of the tour. All buses for tours will depart from the Grand Avenue entrance of the Biltmore. Call Access California with any tour questions at (562) 427-0414. Be sure to mention the ATA conference.

Cancellation Policy. A full refund less a $3.00 handling fee will be issued for written cancellations received by Monday, October 1, 2001. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2001. All tours (except the Star Homes tour) require a minimum of 30 participants. Access California reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the required number of participants by Friday, October 5, 2001. In that event, refunds may be picked up onsite at the tour desk. Neither Access California nor American Translators Association is responsible for lost or damaged articles, traffic delays, accidents, strikes, riots, war, government action or regulation, acts of God, or other causes over which the parties have no control.
