the Conference: What is included with my Conference Registration fee? · Wednesday
evening, October 31, Welcome Reception. What is not included with my Conference Registration fee? Optional Tours, Preconference Seminars, Closing Banquet, special division activities, and Accreditation Examinations are NOT included in the Conference registration fee. What if I register and then have to cancel? Those cancelling not later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday, October 19, 2001, will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations will NOT be honored after that time. Suppose I can only attend one day of the Conference? One-day registration is possible. See the Conference Registration Form for complete details. May I register on-site? Yes, see the Conference Registration Form for complete details. On-site registration for the Preconference Seminars, Language Division Receptions, and Closing Banquet will be accepted as space permits. We regret that we cannot guarantee on-site registration for these events. How can I be sure my name will be listed on the roster of registrants? If you want your name to appear on the roster of Conference Registrants that will be distributed to all attendees, your registration must be received by Friday, October 19. How can I be sure ATA received my registration? All registrations will be acknowledged. If you do not receive acknowledgment within 15 business days from sending in your registration, get in touch with us by phone, fax, or e-mail. What is the weather like in Los Angeles in October? November highs are in the low to mid 70s during the day, with cooler evenings. How should I dress for the Conference? Casual-business attire is appropriate. Two easy ways to register. 1.
