General Information

Hotel Information
The Hyatt Regency, the host hotel, is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta at 265 Peachtree Street, NE. Conference attendees can register at the discounted rate of $160 single/$165 double/$175 triple/$185 quad, plus tax per night (Regency Club accommodations are offered at an additional charge of $35 per room based on availability). Job Exchange
The Job Exchange is one of the most popular features of ATA's Annual Conference. This year's conference offers the largest Job Exchange area yet. The Job Exchange offers freelance and independent contractors an excellent opportunity to network and market their services while agency owners and employers peruse résumés and meet prospective contractors and employees. Staying Connected
The Hyatt Regency charges a fee of $1.00 per local, credit card, calling card, and data call. Data ports are available in all rooms for dial-up Internet access. (Remember to bring your ISP's local access number.) The hotel does not offer broadband or Wi-Fi access in rooms. Please make your telecommunications arrangements accordingly. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in any meeting rooms or reception areas.

Airport
Hartsfield International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel.

Ground Transportation
Located outside the bag claim area. Taxi: $24; Shuttle (every 15 minutes): $14.

MARTA subway stop is located inside the airport. Take a northbound train to Peachtree Center Station: $1.75.

Thursday, November 7, 11:15 am - 12:00 am. Join fellow first-time conference attendees in learning helpful strategies to make the most of your experience in Atlanta.

Accreditation Exam
Saturday, November 9, 8:30 am - 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Note: Student and one-day participants do not receive a copy of the Proceedings.

All speakers must register for the conference.
