What is included in my Conference Registration fee?

What is not included in my Conference Registration fee?

Preconference Seminars, Closing Banquet, Round Robin Tennis Tournament, special division activities, and Accreditation Examinations are NOT included in the Conference registration fee.

What if I register and then have to cancel?

Those canceling not later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday, October 25, 2002, will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations will NOT be honored after that time. Refunds will be processed 30 days after receiving notification of cancellation. Cancellations must be in writing.

Suppose I can only attend one day of the Conference?
One-day registration is possible. See the Conference Registration Form for complete details.

May I register onsite?
Yes, see the Conference Registration Form for complete details. Onsite registration for the Preconference Seminars, Language Division Receptions, Tennis Event and Closing Banquet will be accepted as space permits. We regret that we cannot guarantee onsite registration for these events.

How can I be sure my name will be listed on the roster of registrants?
If you want your name to appear on the roster of Conference Registrants that will be distributed to all attendees, your registration must be received by Friday, October 25.

How can I be sure ATA received my registration?
All registrations will be acknowledged. If you do not receive acknowledgment within 15 business days after sending in your registration, get in touch with us by phone, fax, or email.

What is the weather like in Atlanta in November?
November highs are in the low to mid-60s during the day, with cooler evenings in the 40s.

How should I dress for the Conference?
Casual-business attire is appropriate.
