Attention ATA Members! Take an active role in your association by partipating in the following events:

Breakfast with the Board, Thursday-Saturday 7:30-8:30am
Members of the ATA Board of Directors will be available for informal discussions during the scheduled breakfast throughout the conference. Take this opportunity to introduce yourself, ask questions, or convey your ideas.

Presentation of Candidates & Election, Thursday 9:30-10:45am
Hear the candidates voice their opinions and then let them hear yours by exercising your right to vote for the board members of your association. You must be an Active or Corresponding member of ATA to vote.

Chat with the Board—WE ARE LISTENING, Thursday 11-11:45am
Share your views on issues concerning ATA. The entire ATA Board of Directors will be on hand for this open discussion.

Annual Meeting of the All Members, Friday 8:30-10am
Find out what your association has accomplished and the goals that are being set for the future. Members of the audience are given an opportunity to ask questions and make comments to board members and committee chairs.

Board Meeting, Saturday 1:45-5pm and Sunday 8:30-11am
All meetings of the ATA Board of Directors are open to the public. ATA Board Meetings follow a strict agenda which can be made available to those plannning to attend. Anyone attending the meeting may observe the proceedings but comments will only be accepted at the end.
