Boot Camp for Newly-Elected Division Administrators

This session will give newly-elected division administrators a chance to discuss their future responsibilities in a group setting. Topics will include: the year as an administrator (What happens when and how?), finding out who your contacts are in the organization, budgeting, recruiting and working with volunteers, core member services, delegating tasks, mediating conflicts, communicating with other divisions, and troubleshooting.
