  • DVTA Spring 2008 Skills-Building Seminar for Interpreters
    The Delaware Valley Translators Association (DVTA) is offering an interpreting workshop at La Salle University on May 31 and June 1. The seminar will feature a training team from Monterey Institute of International Studies, including Aleé Robbins, Claudia Samulowitz, Christina Courtwright, and Montserrat Zuckerman.   • NYCT Business and Project Management Workshop
    In collaboration with the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies, the New York Circle of Translators (NYCT) is presenting an all-day workshop on Saturday, June 14. Expanding Your Freelance Business ... or Converting it into a Translation Company is the topic of the seminar's morning session.   • 12th Annual NETA Conference
    The New England Translators Association (NETA) will hold their 12th Annual Conference on Saturday, May 31, at Boston University. There will be lecture-style sessions as well as workshops with an emphasis on practical skills that can be put to work immediately. The conference is also an excellent opportunity to make contact with colleagues, potential clients, and friends from New England and beyond.
