Marga Taylor

• Marga Taylor is a German native who has been working in the translation industry for the last 14 years.

• After receiving her Masters Degree from the Translation Program of the City University of New York, she worked as a German financial translator at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York and later managed the German language department at a large New York translation agency.

• She taught English>German and German>English commercial translation as adjunct assistant professor at the Translation Program of New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies for seven years. Since 1992 she has been working as a freelance translator, specializing in banking and finance, marketing and advertising, as well as art.
