Fabio M. Said, translates from German and English into his native language, Brazilian Portuguese. He has worked in several industry segments during the past 18 years, including localization, book translation and sworn translation. He specializes mostly in legal and financial translations

Fabio is the editor of fidusinterpres.com, a translation blog run in English, Portuguese and German. The blog welcomed its 1 millionth unique visitor in 2011. He is also the author of “Fidus Interpres: A Prática da Tradução Profissional,” a Portuguese-language handbook that originated from his blog. The handbook offers advice on online marketing for freelance translators.
