About the Presenter

Bruce D. Popp, Ph.D., is an ATA-Certified Translator for French into English and a US Patent and Trademark Office Registered Patent Agent. He specializes in patent translation and has translated over 185 patents. He also translates related documents including patent examiner opinions, prior art from scientific journals, reports by expert witnesses, motions by patent litigants, and patent decisions. He is the current Administrator of the ATA French Language Division.
