Advertising Opportunities

ATA offers a variety of advertising opportunities to fit any budget, including Print & Web Advertising, Exhibiting, and Sponsorship.


Print & Web Advertising

Preliminary Program
Mailed in mid-July to over 10,000 ATA members. The Preliminary Program provides an overview of the Annual Conference including the tentative schedule of education sessions, the list of exhibitors, and the registration form.

Final Program
Distributed onsite to more than 1,800 paid attendees at the Annual Conference. The Final Program, which is referenced repeatedly during the four-day event, is the attendees' guide to the schedule of sessions, meetings, and receptions.

The ATA Chronicle
Advertise in the Chronicle to reach over 10,000 ATA members. Many exhibitors use a Chronicle advertisement to invite attendees to visit their booth.

Web Banners and Buttons
The ATA website had over two million hits in 2008 and website usage continues to soar. Run a banner ad on the Conference website or in the new monthly enewsletter, ATA Newsbriefs.
