Print & Web Advertising

Preliminary Program
Mailed in mid-July to over 11,000 ATA members. The Preliminary Program provides an overview of the Annual Conference including the tentative schedule of educational sessions, the list of exhibitors, and the registration form.

Final Program
Distributed onsite to more than 1,500 paid attendees at the Annual Conference. The Final Program, which is referenced repeatedly during the four-day event, is the attendees' guide to the schedule of sessions, meetings, and receptions.

The ATA Chronicle
Advertise in the Chronicle to reach over 11,000 ATA members. Many exhibitors use a Chronicle advertisement to invite attendees to visit their booth.

Web Banners and Buttons
The ATA website had over 3.6 million hits in 2009 and website usage continues to soar. Run a banner ad on the Conference website or in the monthly e-newsletter, ATA Newsbriefs.
