She has been freelancing since 2013\, specializing in legal and commercial translations. \nJamie completed an M.A. in Translation (Spanish) at Kent State University in May 2015. During the two-year degree\, she worked part-time as a freelancer and part-time as a project manager at a language services provider. In June 2015\, Jamie launched her business as a full-time as a freelancer. \nCurrently\, Jamie serves as Secretary of her local ATA chapter\, the Delaware Valley Translators Association\, and has been a member of the The Savvy Newcomer blogging team since its inception in 2013.
