I worked as a legal assistant for immigration attorneys for over 10 years. I am familiar with foreign documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, divorce decrees, and criminal records, which the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services require, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Immigration Courts, that require translations. I also translated such documents when I was required. I have been translating such documents for over five years and am familiar with what is required for a translation.
