Retired from full management career with Aramco and Bechtel. 12 years’ resident experience in the Middle East (Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, and Jordan) making extensive use of Arabic, most especially in Saudi Arabia as government relations representative for Aramco and later as supervisor of a six-person translation group for Bechtel.

Especially experienced with translation / review of government laws, regulations and decrees; contracts; major infrastructure project documentation; and PR materials.

Also lived / worked in Germany, India and several East Asian countries. Fluent command of German, significant skill in French and Turkish, and study exposure to seven other languages. Five years' current experience with US-based website localization to German, French and Japanese.
