Hi! I'm Petra Groeneveldt, and I've been working as a Spanish and French to English translator and localization project manager since 2008. I am ATA-certified to translate from Spanish to English and a PMI-certified project manager.

I specialize in translations from Latin American and Caribbean Spanish and French into U.S. English in the fields of law, finance, international development, marketing, and education.

I have over 12 years of experience in the translation and localization fields, including 4 as an in-house Spanish and French to English translator at an international law firm; 4 as an in-house translation project manager at an internatiobal education organization.

I am a native U.S. English speaker and heritage Spanish speaker who is fully bilingual and bicultural. I have over 14 years of French language and culture study including time spent abroad in Paris, France. Among my academic qualifications are a bachelor's degree in Romance languages and literature and a master's degree in translation and localization.
