During the conference, visit ATA Registration (Grand Ballroom Foyer, Street Level) for assistance.

The Attendees tab allows you to find and communicate with other attendees by using the chat feature and by sharing virtual business cards.

Please ensure you have enabled chat within your own profile.

1. Click your profile card in the top-right corner.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Scroll down and ensure Enable Chat? box is checked.
4. Click the Update Preferences button.

Note: You can only chat with attendees who also have chat enabled. If an attendee has not yet opted in to chat, you will see the message "xxx is not receiving messages at this time. Please try again later."

You can view and update your virtual business card in your Profile.

1. Click your profile card in the top-right corner.
2. Click Profile.
3. Update your information.
4. Click the Done button.

1. Click on the Attendees tab.
2. Find an attendee and click to open.
3. Click the Business Card icon.

In the navigation bar, go to the Favorites tab. Here, you can find all shared virtual business cards and a link to download a report (excel spreadsheet).

First, ensure you have enabled notifications within your own profile.

1. Click your profile card in the top-right corner.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Scroll down to Notification Preferences and ensure Send by Push is toggled on.
4. Click the Update Preferences button.

Second, ensure your device settings allow for ATA67 App (ShoApp) notifications.

You can view and update your profile picture in your Profile.

1. Click your profile card in the top-right corner.
2. Click Profile.
3. Click the upload arrow by your profile icon to upload a new picture.
4. Click the Done button.
