I am a trilingual linguist (native in English and Russian, near native in Turkish) with 20+ years of professional experience in the translation and localization industry, interpretation, and copywriting.

Relying on my educational background in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Economics, Psychology, and Creative Writing, in addition to my professional experience, I have acquired a great deal of expertise in the areas of Law, Business Communication, Marketing, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, Occupational (Business) Psychology, Software & Website Localization, and Journalism.

As an industry veteran, I have trained myself to fit in multiple hats, having performed most of the conventional linguistic tasks: forward and back translation; linguistic validation, cultural adaptation, and transcreation; copywriting and copyediting; website and app localization; user testing and linguistic quality control; editing, revision, and proofreading; subtitling; DTP; and interpretation (simultaneous, consecutive, VRI, and OPI).

I have also acquired some experience with AI projects, including (1) rating and rewriting AI-generated responses, and (2) rewriting AI-generated caption-like summarizations of video content extracted from TikTok videos for training AI multimodal models.
