Maximize Your LinkedIn Profile in the Age of AI

January 7, 2027 / 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EST

AI-powered search on LinkedIn is changing how clients find talent. Being skilled at what you do isn’t always enough—you need a profile that makes you easy to find and compelling to hire.

Many highly skilled linguists have extensive experience, yet their profiles make it difficult for the right clients to discover them or understand their value. This webinar will help you improve your LinkedIn visibility and turn that visibility into meaningful client connections by focusing on three key areas—messaging, posting, and networking.

By attending this webinar, you will learn how to:

  1. Strengthen your LinkedIn profile so it clearly communicates your value, answers “Why should I hire you?” and makes it easier for the right clients to find you.
  2. Use storytelling and brand archetypes to create an authentic About section and communicate your value in a way that reflects your voice.
  3. Highlight the human skills that set you apart, including curiosity, communication, and leadership, to strengthen your visibility in AI-driven searches.
  4. Create a more effective LinkedIn content strategy by knowing when to use a post versus an article, making the most of the Featured section and pinning, and developing a sustainable posting routine.
  5. Build a simple networking strategy to find the right people, engage with purpose, send effective messages, and follow up by email when appropriate.

About the Presenter

Cecilia Lipovsek is a cultural strategist, author, and founder of Multilateral Studio, a consultancy helping British and Latin American professionals build cross-cultural influence. She is the author of Jump, a practical guide to entrepreneurial skills for interpreters, and has spent over two decades as a conference and diplomatic interpreter for heads of state, ministers, and organizations including the United Nations (UN), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Over that time, she moved from an unknown newcomer to one of the most sought-after interpreters in her field, a shift built on treating her own profile with the same care as any client project. She now applies the same principles to her own business, using LinkedIn as a main channel for visibility, credibility, and client relationships. She writes and speaks on cultural intelligence, personal branding, and how artificial intelligence is changing professional visibility.
