Exhibitor Checklist
In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your exhibit a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!
Step #1
Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 21
Each exhibitor receives one complimentary full-conference registration per booth. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign this complimentary registration.
Step #2
Exhibitor Services: place your order by october 11
For shipping arrangements, furniture rental, or ordering audiovisual equipment, electricity, Internet, and more, Blaine Convention Services will soon be providing all necessary information, as well as several forms that you must complete. The advance order deadline is October 11, 2012.
Please note: You CANNOT ship your exhibit materials to the hotel or to ATA. You MUST ship all materials to Blaine.
