Janja Pavetic-Dickey is a United Nations tested and trained interpreter and translator with 33 years of experience, providing interpretation and written translation to and from Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English for international organizations, government agencies and private clients in the U.S. and Europe. She is court-certified in 18+ U.S. states, professionally qualified to work in federal courts, an experienced medical interpreter and interpreter grader and ATA-certified translator for Croatian - English. She specializes in conference interpreting, court interpreting, depositions, immigration interviews, business meetings, clinical trials, and more. She holds a BA in English/German with a focus on translation, an MA in English language and linguistics, and a PhD (all-but-dissertation) that was completed in the U.S., Janja has been providing simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and written translation services of the highest quality since 1994, 6 as in-house staff interpreter & translator at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague.
