I graduated in Paris, France, from the Alliance Francaise, in Vienna, Austria, from the University of Vienna (Economy and Marketing) and in Baltimore, USA, from the University of Maryland (American Studies and English). I have several years of experience in translating, adapting and proofreading German, Italian and American culinary glossaries, cookbooks and adapting recipes to American measurement standards. I am a member of CHOW (Culinary Historians of Washington DC).
