Born in Italy and educated in Italy, France and U.S., I am an Italian attorney admitted to the Bergamo Bar (Italy) since 2000. I am also a Foreign Legal Consultant affiliated to the Arizona State Bar (U.S.A.) since 2009. I have been practicing law for more than 15 years (9 years as an attorney) dealing in particular with cross-border matters covered by Private and Public International Law, European Union Law, International Business Law and International Commercial Law. As such, I have translated and prepared many legal documents in English (i.e., contracts, pleadings to be used in litigation contexts both before courts as well as arbitration panels, due diligences, certificates, letters, and memoranda of law).
I have a law degree from "Universita' degli Studi" of Pavia (Italy), a LLM from "Universita' degli Studi" of Milan (Italy) on the Laws and Economics of the European Union Law, and a Post-Degree in Paralegal Studies from Yavapai College of Prescott, Arizona (U.S.A.). As for French, I have a "Certificat de Francais Juridique" issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Paris (France) as a result of a certification exam that I have taken in Paris while working on a 7 months long research project at Universite' de Paris I Pantheon- Sorbonne. I moved to United States in 2003 and resided there ever since. I am fluent in Italian, English, and French.
