I am a Certified Mandarin Medical Interpreter holding both the NBCMI Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) and CCHI Certified Healthcare Interpreter (CHI) credentials. With more than 8 years of professional interpreting experience, I provide accurate, culturally appropriate language services for healthcare, legal, insurance, government, education, technology, new energy, and business settings.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in English from Liaoning University and a Master of Arts in Localization Project Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS). My graduate education has strengthened my expertise in multilingual communication, localization workflows, language technology, and cross-cultural collaboration.

My expertise includes consecutive interpretation, simultaneous interpretation, sight translation, and document translation. I have extensive experience supporting hospitals, clinics, telehealth visits, emergency departments, specialty care, legal consultations, insurance claims, and public service communications.
