Past experience


- Until 2008 I collaborated with Lionbridge for translation assignments, and I was also contracted as in-house Language Lead for Google-related projects in France (Sophie-Antipolis) in 2004 and 2005.



- Until 2004 I worked for Immediapress, an Italian press agency (ADNKronos Group), providing real-time, financial related translations from English into Italian.



- In 2000 I was hired at iLanguage, a Los-Angeles based translating company, in the quality of Italian translator and later promoted to Italian supervisor in its production centers in the Dominican Republic and San José, Costa Rica.

Volunteer activity

I am a TED Volunteer Translator.

The TED Open Translation Project brings TED Talks beyond the English-speaking world by offering subtitles, interactive transcripts and the ability for any talk to be translated by volunteers worldwide.



Volunteer translator for Amnesty International Italian Section.



Other activities


In 1997 I founded a local translation company Albatros Soluzioni Linguistiche.



In the past I worked part-time as an Italian lecturer/teacher in Italy and abroad (Spain, South America, Saudi Arabia).
