Training in ESL, TESOL and translation/interpretation techniques. Trained in Albania and United States.

Certified as a DLPT5 External Reviewer by the Defense Language Institute.
ALTA 11 Certificate of Proficiency in English to Albanian Translation.

In-house translator and interpreter for the Albanian Development Council. Consecutive, simultaneous, conference interpreting and translation of materials for special training seminars organized by The European Council, The European Community and several other humanitarian organizations.

Multiple projects with the Albanian Government including the Ministry of Justice, Supreme Court, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health Care, Police Academy, Albanian District Courts, Court of Appeals, Constitutional Court, Superior Court, Judges Association, etc.
Translated and edited a portion of the Albanian Civil and Penal Code.

Translation projects have focused on business, finance, banking, education, homeland security, antiterrorism training, immigration, law, medicine, health care and social sciences. Interpreting assignments include on-site, telephonic, and video consecutive and simultaneous interpretation in business, education, health care and law.

Registered court interpreter (the highest level available for Albanian) in WA State, OH, and PA. Have interpreted for courts in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Washington State, and Wisconsin.

Transcription/translation projects include court recordings, wiretaps, test recordings etc.

Exam marker and evaluator of language proficiency testing in the US and Canada.
