• Bing Qi is a Mandarin Court Interpreter fully-accredited by Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and has been actively working in court as a dedicated and motivated interpreter;
• Before immigrating to Canada, Bing Qi was a member of the Translators Association of China, a member of the Translators Association of Zhejiang Province, and an accredited court interpreter for Zhejiang Provincial Higher Court;
• Over the years Bing Qi has translated/interpreted extensively in the fields of law, business, finance, accounting, economics, technology and entertainment, to name only a few;
• Bing Qi has worked as consultant/translator for a number of law firms, having translated extensively in a large number of litigation cases, including some of the most high-profile ones;
• Bing Qi has independently translated and published three books: Management Lessons from the E.R., Secrets of the Tomb, and Last Man Down. Bing Qi has worked with others in translating Essentials of Real Estate Finance;
• While working as a freelance translator, Bing Qi worked as a university instructor, teaching translation and English;
• Bing Qi loves languages and enjoys bridging the gap in cross-culture communication.
