Ms. Emi Hori

Description

I have worked as a translator since 2001. Most recently, I was a translator for about three years at a subsidiary of Toyota that is developing an in-vehicle software development platform.

In this role, I was responsible for document translation and proofreading (Japanese-English, English-Japanese), translation project management, translation quality assurance (QA), and the creation and management of translation databases and glossaries.

I received high evaluations for my quality, accuracy, and communication skills. In July 2024, I registered with the American Translators Association and began working as a freelancer.
