**With regard to translation, specialized in Portuguese to English translation.

**Had an individual direct client, (not a company), for whom I interpreted to/from Italian, with regard to real estate matters.

* Had an individual client, not a language agency, for whom I created a Portuguese pronunciation guide of a Portuguese Wines of Alentejo Glossary.

****Work as a market research phone interpreter in Portuguese and Italian, with Cetra US, LLC , interpreting/ dealing with a variety of industries such as technology, trade fairs, science, and the health industry. Also work as a medical Portuguese, French, and Italian interpreter for Cetra. Worked as a freelance medical Portuguese, French, and Italian interpreter for the Language Center at Hsckensack University Medical Center, worked for Ventura Translations, The Procare, and several other agencies as a medical or legal interpreter, and on one occasion with Morningside Translations, as a Portuguese interpreter at an asylum case. .And, for ULS Languages in FL, I was a French interpreter at a deposition that took place from March -April 2011 in Fort Myers, FL. Still work as a freelance medical and legal interpreter.

*Worked as an Italian medical interpreter in July 2005 for Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in NJ.

**Worked as a Portuguese interpreter from January 2004-January 2005 for Mount Sinai School of Medecine in NYC, for their World Trade Center Worker and Volunteer Medical Screening Program.

*Completed the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's Medical Interpreting Program (MIT) in December 2016.

** English to Portuguese Certificate in Translation at New York University - May 2004. Note. though I have the certificate, I've been working mainly as a consecutive interpreter for many years, and the only translation I've done has been into English, not Portuguese, since English is my dominant tongue.

** BA in Communications/Public Relations at Marist College - May 1998
