I am a native Spanish speaker from Puerto Rico who worked as a Mechanical Engineer in an all-English-speaking environment for 34 years. This background gave me two dominant languages which in turn strengthened my fluency – both verbal and written – in Spanish and English.

I have been working as a freelance translator and interpreter since 2013. My core qualifications and competencies include:
• Proficient in TRADOS Studio
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Post Graduate studies in Manufacturing, Industrial and Human Factors Engineering.
• Command of terminologies in the following industries: Engineering, Defense, Automotive.

• Court Interpreter Qualified
• Certificate of Interpreter Proficiency in medical terminology
