Executive Vice President for a resort development company, Kukui Molokai, Inc., to pursue a resort development initiative on the Island of Molokai, Hawaii, primarily responsible for the overall administration, marketing, preparation of public reports, labor relationships, and communication to the main office in Tokyo, Japan. Career Officer for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (formerly known as the Ministry of Construction), the Government of Japan, where primary responsibilities including but not limited to drafting statutory or regulatory bills and annual reports, local national highway administration as a divisional director for local national highway in the Greater Tokyo Region, and administration of and assistance to the real estate industry as an assistant divisional director.
