My area of expertise is Language Quality Control and Assurance. I have a degree in Languages and Linguistics and 35+ years of experience in the industry, in 4 different countries. I have worked in-house as Division Manager, Multilingual Production Manager at an LSP and for the past 20+ years I have worked as a freelance editor/reviewer and language consultant.

Client Review Cycle - Approve/Reject edits proposed by client reviewers
Prepping - I prepare large/complex documents for translation and write up specifications/guidelines for team members (translators/editors/proofreaders)
Style Guidelines - I draft style guidelines for the target language (how to deal with capitalization, acronyms, punctuation, etc.) to maintain consistency.
Language Manager - I manage teams of linguists for large projects.
