Jake Irwin Estrada
Description
Jake Irwin Estrada is the first Filipino to be bestowed the title of Chartered Linguist (CL) by the Chartered Institute of Linguists, where he is also a Fellow.
Since 1993, Jake has been translating and localizing in the EnglishTagalog language pair and has lived since birth in Manila—the world capital for Tagalog and its de facto standardized version, Filipino (the national language of the Philippines).
In 2001, Jake founded QwertyWorks Touchbase--the first specialized Localization Service Provider (LSP) in the Philippines.
For larger jobs, Jake works with his Touchbase team of in-house, full-time professional linguists and project managers -- delivering reliable capacity for high-volume projects in Philippine languages including Tagalog, Filipino, Cebuano, Hiligaynon and Ilokano.
Together with its 24-hour live support team, Touchbase provides complete project management and decades of experience that you will require for a long-term collaboration. No second guessing -- our processes are well-established from Production to Quality to Billing and After-sales support. We're not perfect, but we love learning from our own mistakes :-)
