* Main tasks in my last job in the USA: Translated, localized and proofread a wide range of documents which included commercial material, technical material (medical, political, computer-related, electronics-related, etc.), video scripts and software from English into Spanish, and from Spanish into English. Major clients included Double-Click, Sabre, Philips, MANNATECH, American Airlines, Beckman Coulter, Direct TV. Used Trados Translating Software. Other tasks included final revision, layout QC for printed material, in-house and on-site software testing (because of my computer programming background). Outstanding work overdubbing and impersonating voices for audiovisual material. Translated written contents into Spanish and dubbed 2 voices for the IMAX documentary film “Galapagos” permanently showing at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC (http://www.imax.com/galapagos/index.html)
