Lisa Molle Troyer

Description

Cookbooks: I have translated cookbooks including La Maison du Chocolat's (Timeless Classics with a Twist), Michelin-starred chef Emmanuel Renaut's autobiography and cookbook The Mountain and the Chef, Thibaud Villanova's Disney Enchanted Recipes, and Studio Ghibli: The Unofficial Cookbook. A selection of my published translations appear on my Amazon author page. In addition, I have worked on in-house magazines, websites, and publications for a variety of niche tea, food, and spirits brands.

Floristry, organic farming, and sustainable living: I'm also a farmer-florist and urban homesteader for Thicket who keeps up with the latest regenerative, permaculture-based methods—so I have hands-on expertise in organic farming and sustainable living.
Perfumery: I specialize in translating and interpreting for perfume creators and companies and have studied perfumery with Cinquième Sens in Paris and food flavors with ISIPCA.

Outside of these specialized areas, I happily translate a wide variety of business memos, press releases, marketing documents, annual reports, websites, etc.
