Majd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management from Jordan and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Fullerton. Majd is a Certified Trainer for the Community Interpreter International program and also develops her own training programs to equip interpreters with advanced memory techniques, ethical frameworks, and effective strategies, enhancing both individual skills and organizational standards.
